Everything was good. It's ideal for short break, very close to a bus stop and subway just 10-15 min from downtown Glasgow. The breakfast was good and the hotel is nice decorated, Our room, number one, was very nice and espacious as we required in the grand floor. The stairs are beautiful but claim them with siutcases it should have been a nightmare for me!

The breakfast here with turkey rashers, eggs, and fruit is so tasty, it really outshines similar options we've tried at other places! 🍳

The place was excellent value, with its excellent staff on reception desk. The location was stunning and lovely, near an underground station. I dined near the hotel at Cail Bruich. I greatly enjoyed to be there and will be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location. Super close to University of Glasgow. Great value for the money.
Glad I had a taxi drop me off here because it is a little difficult to find.

The hotel's location in the West End is incredible and convenient for enjoying the nightlife. It's also close to popular attractions like the Hydro, Botanic Gardens, and Byres Road for shopping, while still being quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

We arrived from a Ferry crossing very late and very tired. The Staff were welcoming and checked us in with a minimum of fuss. Then - straight to our room and a very much needed cup of complementary tea. The Staff at breakfast were equally friendly, cheerful and efficient.
We weren't sure about the cooked Scottish breakfast - reconstituted turkey 'rashers' instead of bacon? But I suppose costs have to be kept down these days.

Good location for our needs with a comfortable good sized room.
No real dislikes although the cooked breakfast could have been cooked to order.Tasted as if the food had been either kept warm for some time or re heated.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly.
Very steep staircase to the rooms, when booking this should be advised as older persons would find it very difficult to get up and down. My friend had recently had a knee operation and luckily only had to negotiate two flights of stairs but still found it quite difficult. Also would be helpful if there was an offer of a member of staff taking luggage to rooms in vew of the stairs.

Excellent room. Paid for single but kindly got a twin, with a big desk, flat screen tv and free wifi. Plus free car parking and 24 hour front desk, very friendly and helpful staff. Awesome value for money.

My single room, even though it was an attic room, was bright and spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and informative. It was excellent value for money and I will certainly stay there again.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
